Home Design/Building Plans
As a new home builder, we have over 30 years experience in residential home design. Can’t find a plan you like? We can help you design your dream home and create a set of custom building plans. We use computer CAD systems to design your new home. We will generate digital plans and elevations and provide you with copies so you can track the progress of you home.

Cost Estimating
Your Georgia Custom Home Builder Cost Estimate. Aside from selecting the right plan, estimating the cost is the most important step in the process of building your new home. Once we have selected a plan and located the property on which to build, we are ready to calculate the cost of building your new home. We offer a two phase process to cost estimating.

Free Cost Estimate
Before you actually order your plans, we can provide you with a rough cost estimate to build your home. We can do this from a picture of a stock plan from a plan book or the internet, or a sketch of a plan if you have one. It will let you know if you are in the ball park with your cost.

Detailed Cost Analysis
Once you have decided on a final plan and have the plans to work from, we will provide you with a detailed estimate which willl serve as your budget for controlling the cost of building. As a Georgia home builder we know the cost of building in Georgia. We will then monitor the progress of your new home against this estimate. You will have allowances for all the major purchases like windows and doors, flooring, cabinets, paint, appliances and many other categories where you will have a choice in what goes into your home.
